No one really knows why humans go into labor when they do, just happens. The due date is usually never right, but can be pretty close.

If you can figure that out, you will then know how to decide a more accurate due date. Some of the newer types of pregnancy calculator will do this for you, but you do have the right one. If you have a cycles that is not the norm, talk with your doctor about that and what might mean for your due date so you are on the right track, and you wont be scared if they assume your baby is small for s gestational age. It might just be that the due date is off.
